Leslie Silva, Esq knowling and willinging supports, represents and engages in sexual assault and legal abuse of DV woman. Leslie Silva represents Registered Sex Offender father Luke Walker [who previously served jail time for drugging and sexually assaulting multiple minors], and his paramour Sara Miller-Hornick, a professional BDSM sex worker, [AKA Mistress Couple]. The mother, with no criminal history, lost full custody of her children with limited and sparse supervision visitation partly due to Ms. Silva’s high conflict, excess motion practice in 2019 to the sex offender father because of her religious beliefs, Walker v. Cholakis, 2019. Ms. Silva also discredited the testimony of a court ordered supervisor (in the case) who testified that she was also sexually assaulted by her client Mr. Walker [link]. Ms. Silva also has falsified financial records of her client Mr. Walker to the Judge presiding over the case.
