An Excerpt from Raised By These Wolves
I was born and raised in the Lake of the Ozarks! I moved to St. Louis for college and received a B.A. in political science/Pre-Law from Webster University. I quit law school and quit my internship with Missouri Governor Bob Holden, moved to NYC, got married and started a very successful wedding photography business in 2009 called Clark Walker Studio. While running this photography studio, I did legal work on the side writing religious exemptions for many private citizens. Seeing so many children with vaccine injuries in New York State, I started to do special interests lobby work around 2013, when my daughter Rosie was born. You know, just as a hobby.
I once had a successful life, raising our children and living the good life after ten years working hard to develop our successful family wedding photography business. After many disturbing events that transpired in the fall of 2018, my then husband, Luke Walker, a registered sex offender, filed for divorce on December 6th, 2018. At that time, being the primary caregiver, I had full custody of our children and a stay away order of protection from my husband due to his history of domestic violence from December 2018 until May of 2019 when Judge Catherine Cholakis inexplicably removed custody without holding a proper evidentiary hearing or trial, and in the absence of any motion by the father. During my 5-year divorce ordeal, I have been subjected to the most cruel treatment possible by an out of control and very corrupt New York State Judicial system and little to no protection under the Federal Judicial Courts.
I had my child custody order completely switched around by Judge Cholakis and children removed from my care without proper cause or a required full hearing. Judge Cholakis engaged in religious bigotry and bias claiming I would not take my kids to the doctor due my religious beliefs. The utterly insane New York Family Court system completely failed both me and the children, providing no safeguards against a former husband who is irrefutably a convicted sexual predator. With no place to turn, I sued Judge Cholakis in the Northern District of New York Federal Court for improper order of supervised visitation based on religious discrimination under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985 under violations of myself and my children’s civil and religious protected Constitutional rights.
Judge Cholakis then recused herself shortly after and Judge Richard Rivera was assigned the case for about a year and a half. I made credible motion after motion to try to gain access to my family business and my children, which were all denied by Judge Rivera. The “temporary custody order” for supervised visitations under the control of my then husband, [Ordered in 2019] from Judge Cholakis has stuck with me to the present point in time. Judge Richard Rivera placed an unconstitutional ‘gag order’ on me not to talk about the case on social media. Judge Richard Rivera then suddenly and without motion recused himself in early 2022.
The case was then assigned to Judge Anthony McGinty, a Family Court Judge from downstate Ulster County, who was already well known to be essentially a judicial terrorist toward abused women.** I again sued the court actors in the Northern District of New York Federal Court, most importantly a gross attack on mine and my children's First Amendment rights***. This time the Northern District Federal Court dismissed my case as “frivolous” and the case was not even heard on the merits.*** The Federal Courts appear to be going backwards in protecting state citizens U.S. Constitutional rights and those New York Judicial Powers that regularly stomp on them under the proviso of claimed judicial immunity.
During the divorce proceedings, the court thereupon granted my ex husband the permission to completely and after the fact to take over the family business enterprise. According to tax filings, My ex husband Luke Walker, currently earns all of the business income for himself of over $120,000 a year as a self-rebranded successor entity, using all our companies equipment, and previous business portals, copyrighted images that I was completely locked out of.
All the while, this registered sex offender husband also moved his BDSM sex worker girlfriend, Mistress Couple, into our family investment home, a home property that I had rehabilitated. Miss Couple is a self proclaimed practicing Bondage Domination Sadomasochism [BDSM] expert who has written and published about BDSM and who currently works her BDSM business out of the children’s family home. This published BDSM book was not allowed into evidence by either Judge McGinty or attorney for the child Douglas Broda.
During the pre-trial and ‘kangaroo’ court trial and pretrial, I put forth dozens of Motions, with not one receiving proper deference or fair hearing and all of which were ominously dismissed by Judge McGinty. I have written well documented complaints to the NYS Office of Court Administration, and to the Commission on Judicial Conduct, etc. all of whom have turned a blind eye in this go along get along culture of the so-called New York State Unified Court System.
So here we are, I have lost any contact with my children, lost my family business of over 10 years, have been bankrupted, ordered to not say anything about my case, ordered to pay over $139,000 in 60 days to the perpetrator, and ordered eight counts civil contempt violations for not being able to pay this money [$139,000] by Judge Anthony McGinty. All the while the Federal Courts protect this unconstitutional NEW YORK STATE Judicial fallacy of fairness. These New York State Court System actors have created a new Star Chamber, a new debtor’s prison, outlawed a very long time ago.
Why does the New York Family Court circus do this to protective parents? Because all of these clowns work for the IRS.
