In a 2019 hearing, Attorney Foley expressed his invidious religious discrimination and animus against the Defendant Mother, a practicing Buddhist, falsely claiming that she would not properly care for her children due to her belief in ‘karma’. In that same hearing, Luke Walker’s attorney, Joseph Drescher, admitted on the record that the father takes the children often to a Boudoir Studio/Sex Shop for playdates. It’s OK for the father to take the children to sex shops, but not OK for the mother to be Buddhist.
At a court appearance on December 20, 2019, when asked by defendant mother, why Mr. Foley was meeting and communicating only in ex-parte manner with plaintiff father’s lawyers [Ms. Silva], Mr. Foley brazenly stated to defendant mother, that ‘he could talk to whomever he wants to.”
Attorney Foley was the subject of a Federal civil rights lawsuit under 42 USC 1983; C.A. No.: 1:19-CV-1288 (LEK)(CFH), filed by defendant mother on her and her children’s behalf. This case was dismissed by the Northern District [link] I made a complaint against Matt Foley to the Attorney for the Children Program for religious discrimination, and it was, you guessed it!, ignored [link].
Matt Foley eventually did the right thing and disqualified himself in Walker v. Walker but not after serious damage to our children in recommending restrictive parenting orders to abusive Rensselaer County Judge Cholakis.
